Overview

OptimAIzed builds systems that run on client infrastructure. By design, production data does not need to flow through OptimAIzed services.

Data we collect

• Business contact information needed for project communication.
• Technical project information needed to deliver the system.

Data we do not collect

• We do not collect end-user production data unless explicitly required by the client for delivery support.
• We do not add tracking, analytics, or telemetry to delivered systems.

Data handling

• We minimize data access and use synthetic or anonymized data for testing when possible.
• Credentials used during delivery are removed and rotated after completion.
• We support client requests for a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) when applicable.
